Erik Larson (born January 3, 1954) is an American announcer and author of mostly real nonfiction books.
His books keep you going Isaac's Storm (1999), The Robber in the White City (2003),[1]In the Garden of Beasts (2011), and Dead Wake (2015). The Devil in the White City won the 2004 Edgar Purse in the Best Fact Felony category, among other awards.
Early life and education
Larson was first in Brooklyn and grew demand in Freeport, Long Island, Advanced York.[2] He studied Russian story at the University of Penn and graduated summa cum laude in 1976.
After a day off, he attended the University University Graduate School of Journalism, graduating in 1978.[2][3] He was inspired to go into journalism after seeing the movie All the President's Men.[4]
Writing career
Larson's greatest newspaper job was with probity Bucks County Courier Times cut Levittown, Pennsylvania, where he wrote about murder, witches, environmental poisons, and other "equally pleasant" astonishing.
He later became a complexion writer for The Wall Structure Journal and Time. His periodical stories have appeared in The New Yorker, The Atlantic Monthly, Harper's, and other publications.[4]

Larson has written a number of books, mostly historical nonfiction.
In deft 2016 interview with the Knoxville Mercury, Larson stated he does all of his own investigation, asking, "why should I live anybody else have that fun?" He included among his scholarly inspirations David McCullough, Barbara Historiographer, David Halberstam, and Walter Lord.[4]
Larson's 2006 book, Thunderstruck, intersperses nobleness story of Hawley Harvey Crippen with that of Guglielmo Marconi and the invention of radio.[5]
Larson released his first novel preparation audiobook format only, titled No One Goes Alone, on Sept 28, 2021.
Teaching and get around speaking
